There is only one entry for NVidia and it is not started. It says the GPU Energy Driver is started. Does the PC need to sleep on it before making a change? Also I have fixed the resolution issue,īut am unsure about whether it is using the best driver for my card. I did nothing different and today it worked. How do changes get effected? I installed and reinstalled and spent at least 2h or more trying to get it to work. I retried the second way now it works also.


_ As I was writing this post I just solved my problem! see:Īll app> Admin tools> windows system> control panel> appearance and personalise> adjust screen resolution>1600 x1200 Installed the latest GPU cuda driver and also tried many things with adobe cloud remote support - the fellow tried miracles but had to give up and suggested I contact Microsoft to report a bug. I am using adobe premier etc to do video editing. it is dreadful and the advanced options is greyed out - I cannot select a higher resolution. I installed windows 10 yesterday and my resolution cannot be changed.
